- Learning activity within our courses (enrolments, lesson progress, assessments).
- Enquiry and partnership form submissions.
- Basic technical information (browser, device, IP) used to keep the site secure.

- To deliver the training programme and manage your account.
- To evaluate funding readiness and, with your consent, introduce graduates to lenders and investors.
- To respond to enquiries and improve the programme.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with vetted service providers (hosting, email, payments) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
5. Your POPIA rights
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and object to processing, by emailing hello@iredprogram.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and retain it only for as long as needed to serve the purposes above or as required by law.
