Please read these terms carefully. By using the I-RED Program website and services, you agree to them.

1. Programme
The I-RED Program provides a six-month training and incubation programme for informal retailers. Participation is subject to acceptance, attendance and completion requirements communicated at intake.
2. Accounts
Learner accounts are created by the I-RED team. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
3. Funding
Funding is not guaranteed. Only graduates who successfully complete the incubation programme and demonstrate readiness may be introduced to lenders or investors. All loans are subject to the individual lender's terms.
4. Lender contributions
Amounts contributed via the Lenders marketplace fund verified entrepreneurs. Repayments are returned as they come in and are not guaranteed. Optional Impact Contributions support I-RED's operations.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or use the site to harass others.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, branding and content remain the property of I-RED Program or its licensors and may not be redistributed without permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-RED is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or programme.
