Assessment Project

Learn from the formal sector.

Visit a formal retailer such as Dis-Chem, Checkers, Chamberlains or KitKat Cash & Carry. Interview staff on their processes across purchasing, stock management and cash management, then present your findings back to your I-RED cohort.
